Q. How can I schedule a notary appointment?

You can schedule an appointment by visiting our website, calling our office, or sending and email.  We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your busy lifestyle.

Q. How long does the notarization process take?

The duration depends on the document's complexity and the number of signatures required.  Generally a standard notarization takes about 10-15 minutes.

Q What do I need to bring to my notary appointment?

Please bring the document to be notarized, a valid photo ID, and any other parties who need to sign the document.  If your document requires witnesses, please bring them along or let us know in advance so we can make arrangements. 

Q. What qualifies as a valid photo ID?

The back and front of an identification card issued by a governmental agency, which meets the following requirements: 

  • is valid and current

  • contains a photograph of the individual

  • contains an accurate physical description of the individual, if applicable; and

  • includes the individual's signature
